Using crystals to access the subconscious and heal deep wounds
The last month and a half I disappeared from the blogging space. I didn’t have much to say, my mind was fuzzy and I felt tired most of the time. I went very internal and even though I didn’t know what was going on with me I trusted the process and was patient with was unfolding. Just recently I realised that this time was Scorpio season. I won’t get into details but I have a lot of Scorpio in my birth chart – it’s not a coincidence that personal transformation is one of my favourite subjects. What also resides in this element of the zodiac for me, is a little…

Web Wonderland No.6 & what I’ve been up to: My hyper-active mind + books, tv, and useful links
Hey you! I’d like to put together a post that summarises everything I’ve been up to during the last few weeks. I haven’t been able to post much, I feel like my mind has been stretched by hundreds of tiny and not so tiny pieces of information. So I’ll try to put it all up here as a trace for myself and also there’s quite a few things that may present an interest to you too. I often get tense and mentally overwhelmed when I haven’t “emptied my mind’s cup” and that’s how I felt for a while now. Sometimes I get quite amazed how active my mind could be and…

A solo adventure and a glance into a past life
Over the weekend I went to an event. It was one of these “random” things you find knowing they have showed up to you for a reason. It consisted of a talk and a group meditation led by a professional regressionist. We discussed the subjects of regression, past lives, reincarnations, ego, soul evolution, and more. After that we did a 40 minute meditation bringing us back to a past life. First of all, I really was scared of going by myself. First I got a friend of mine to join but then she cancelled. I knew I had to do this, not giving up on the opportunity, by myself. These…

Web Wonderland No.4: How your ancestors’ experiences affect you, learn to tap away your fear, and live a loveable life
Hey You! March is here – one of my favourite months – the winter’s pretty much over, the sun’s warming up everything back to life, and in Bulgaria we have the most colourful and meaningful celebrations. First of March is the day of Baba Marta (Granny March) – it marks the arrival of spring and we put on red and white woven martenitsi to symbolise health and longevity. Third of March is our Liberation Day, when Bulgaria was liberated from the Ottoman Rule which lasted around 500 years. Eighth of March is the International Women’s Day which is widely celebrated around the world and is still quite big in Bulgaria…

Breaking free of our mental prisons
I mentioned in my last post that I’ve kept myself into a sort of a mental prison. After talking to my therapist about it and going for a walk after, it came to me – another piece of the puzzle. After the dreams about my past lives, I had another few empowering dreams – one symbolising letting go of the burden I’ve been carrying by throwing things out of a backpack I’ve been carrying, and another – expressing myself freely by singing to a song I don’t remember the words of but nevertheless singing loudly and freely. To me, those dreams symbolise my emotional release of the trauma I’ve been lugging around…

Past life explorations
Last time I put my story under a different light and illuminated it within a new perspective. I looked into my life from the angle of radical (self) forgiveness. In short, radical forgiveness is about the idea that whatever happened to us (seeing ourselves as victim) or whatever we did to someone else (seeing ourselves as perpetrator), nothing wrong ever occurred. The people participating in the event on both sides have agreed on spiritual level to experience it so their souls can evolve. It’s all perfect and as it should be. Thus, skipping the traditional meaning of forgiveness, we address our concerns to our spiritual self and forgive whomever hurt us or ourselves…
